Our flexible Staging Services are designed to do as much or as
little as you require and we will work within your budget.

Basic Consultation
The average buyer spends 5-7 minutes walking through a house,
so first impressions are so important!
We start with an evaluation of your entire home and your staging needs.
This initial visit will usually take anywhere from 1 1/2 to 3 hours,
depending on the size of your home.
We will then provide you with a detailed "Staged Home Consultation Report",
outlining our specific recommendations and will also provide you with Showing Instructions.

Fees typically range from $ 250 - $550

Staging Services
We will come in and rearrange furnishings and re-accessorize your rooms
to add the finishing touches on your home.
The fee for this service will be an all-inclusive flat fee that will cover all costs associated
with final staging. A detailed proposal will be provided after the initial consultation.

Fees typically range from $800 - $4500

Accessories & Inventory Rentals Available: Creative Staging Solutions has an extensive inventory
available to enrich the spaces of you home. Silk plants and accessories will help set the stage for a
successful open house.

Vacant Home Staging
Creative Staging Solutions, Inc will provide furnishings to
Bring Color and "Life" into a Vacant Home. Unique to vacant
home Staging, we will supervise all cosmetic work, if needed, and our fee will include final Staging,
delivery and removal of furniture.
Fees for this service are quoted after touring the home.
Whether you simply want the Primary rooms Staged to show their purpose or
have the entire home staged, Creative Staging Solutions has an inventory of furniture, linens,
artwork, and home decor that can add sophistication and a sense of
"home" to your vacant house.

Fees typically range from $2000 - $4500 and
May Require Rental Furniture, Leased on a Monthly Basis

Project Management
We can manage your residential make-overs and supervise
contractors where needed. This is based on our hourly rate and
can be very helpful to out-of-town homeowners who need to do
extensive work to prepare their houses for the market.
We locate and coordinate contractors to complete the work
and personally supervise until completion.
From lighting fixtures to floor coverings,
we sweat the details so you don't have to.

SHOPPING ASSISTANCE
We Can Provide Assistance with New Furniture and Accessories Selections
and/or Personal Shopping Services for Your Special Events.
